建筑面积479平方米，花园面积400平方米，房屋已老化破损，邓谌设计事务所受邀为这栋百年老建筑设计改造。

The building area is 479 square meters, and the garden area is 400 square meters. The house is aging and damaged. Deng Chen design office was invited to design and reconstruct the century old building.
