说明：项目位于原北京植物保护站，是两间存储植物种子的库房，改造为设计公司，难度的重点一方面在于更改供暖系统，另外要改变现有结构、窗户，重新划分格局，把原来的两个库房，二层打通，改为一整间两个区域，茶室和会议室间用整面的书柜做为隔断，我们保留了院子里两颗桑葚树，把院子改为室外露台，工作之余可以吃到甜美的桑葚，烧烤聚餐。

Description: The project is located at the former Beijing Plants Protection Station.
It is a two-storey warehouse that stores plant seeds and is transformed into a design company.
The difficulty lies in changing the heating system and changing the structure and windows to re-divide the original two warehouse.
We broke up the wall between the two warehouse on the second floor, and constructed the space into two areas.
The whole bookcase was cut off between the tea room and the meeting room. We kept two mulberry trees in the yard and changed the yard to an outdoor terrace.
After work, the staff could enjoy a barbecue under the shadow of mulberry tree.
